Detailed Description

A custom Kanban board application developed for Lanka Tiles PLC to streamline their development request tracking. When Lanka Tiles submits development requirements, tickets are organized and tracked through a visual workflow — from initial request to completion and closure.

🌐 Key Features:

• Trello-style Kanban board with 7 workflow columns tailored to Lanka Tiles' development pipeline

• Drag-and-drop tickets between stages: Todo → Development → 210 → 300 → 400 → Completed → Closed

• Create, edit, and delete tickets with titles, descriptions, dates, and man hours

• Track TCodes affected and TR lists per ticket

• Activity log (Summary) tracking all changes with user info and timestamps

• Google authentication for secure access

• Full-text search across all columns

• Dark/light theme toggle

• Persistent storage using Firebase Firestore

• Responsive design with horizontal scrolling
